Zinc reduces diarrhea, colds in infants
We investigated the impact of daily multivitamin and zinc supplementation on the health of Tanzanian infants. In our randomized, double-blind study involving 2,400 infants, we compared the effects of these supplements against a placebo over 18 months.

Our findings revealed that while zinc significantly reduced occurrences of diarrhea and acute respiratory infections, multivitamins did not provide additional benefits. Ultimately, zinc supplementation starting at 6 weeks may be beneficial for reducing some common illnesses in infants, but multivitamins did not show any significant positive impact.

I take Solgar B-Complex 50, one capsule daily. After 1.5 months, I observed significant improvement in my eye fatigue after long hours in front of screens. It worked far better than lutein and blueberries for my eyes. My nervous system felt stable, though I may need magnesium for optimal calm. I also experienced noticeable fat loss in my waist, while maintaining my skin condition and atopic dermatitis remained controlled with no exacerbations.

An excellent vitamin complex for health that greatly improved my sleep and calmed my nervous system. This is invaluable for anyone on a diet. After some initial weight loss, I switched to healthier eating and ensured I supplemented my diet with vitamins. The benefits I noticed were remarkable: insomnia disappeared, I felt less irritable and nervous, and had increased energy. My hair and skin improved significantly, with less hair falling out and a more youthful appearance. Now, I feel rejuvenated and have developed better focus and memory.

Calmer and healthier
I started taking B vitamins not for beauty, but for health, and noticed widespread improvements. Pain in my back decreased, headaches vanished, and I became calmer. My sleep quality increased, alleviating constant fatigue. While my hair remained unchanged, my nails grew significantly, indicating health benefits. My skin also improved considerably, as previous tiny spots diminished without any side effects.
